The more specific the better — a city, a timeline, a budget, a PCS date. A one-line message gets a one-line answer; a real question gets a real one.

Faster Than a Phone Call
Answer it yourself first.
A lot of the questions that come through this form have a number as the answer, and the tools on this site will give it to you in two minutes without waiting on a reply. Try the mortgage calculator, the closing cost breakdown, the home valuation request, or the Hill AFB PCS calculator if you have orders. The rest are at the Utah Life Tools hub.

Quick Answers
What is the fastest way to reach you?+
Call or text (801) 430-4000. Texts get answered between showings; email can take until the evening.
Do I have to sign anything to ask a question?+
No. Plenty of these conversations end with “wait another year” and that is a fine outcome.
I am out of state. Does that work?+
It is a large part of the work. Neighborhood tours by video, one concentrated trip, and an offer when you are ready — see relocation services.
I have PCS orders to Hill AFB.+
Then the timeline is the whole problem. Start with the military and VA page and the PCS calculator, then call — report date first, everything else after.
